Top tip. A small blob of blue tac inside the socket will hold onto the nut sufficiently to prevent it dropping down inside the door.

Good result there Gary , a little tip about the nut refitting, eith a bit of dum dum inbthe socket to grab the nut or masking tape , they both grab the nut to stop it dropping when refitted 👍👍
