भुपिजी एक बात बताईये हम सब्जी बनाने से पहले करेला काट ते है तो उसमे करेले के कूछ स्लाईसेस अंदर से लाल दिखाई पडते हैं इसका मतलब क्या ओ करेला फेक देना चाहिए या वो लाल वाला हिस्सा हटाकर हम ओ स्लाइस इस्तेमाल कर सकते है. प्लीज रिप्लाय

Frying makes it unhealthy. Better to make directly with the same ingredients but make this sabzi 2 days in advance and keep in fridge and then eat ; it gives very good taste. It will not taste that savour as on day one.
