Most of your videos are so good that I feel like I've learned several things.. then there's videos like these that feel like I've struck gold in terms of how much your saying is clicking for me... This is a GREAT video, thank you! This fired me up
Priceless. Yesterday I followed your techniques to a T, traded in just the first 15 min from market open, followed the stock selection criteria 100%, took 5 trades on SILO and CURR, all green, hit my daily goal and stopped. Didn't get greedy, didn't experiment or wing it. Making this note as a reminder to myself to stick with the program. Thank you, Ross!
Nice. I did similar. Couple trades on SILO and was up 420 for the day using 1500(i only use 1500 paper trading). I stopped after that. If I can consistently make a couple hundred bucks a day with 1500 buying power I'll be happy lol
Ross, you’re a great trader but somehow an even better teacher. It’s like it comes natural. Thank you for sharing this knowledge with us - it’s literally priceless. Your success is well deserved.
I agree. If he hadn’t become a trader, he could definitely be a teacher! If all kids had a teacher like him, they would love school and do so well! He has a gift, for sure!
$20,231.49 paper green day! 38 Trades. 62% win rate (23 wins / 14 loss) $59,057.34 active buying power in each trade. Ended green on CURR NLSP ABSI SXTP. Ended red on SANA. Great Job Ross!!
I was here for the lipreading class! Got 70$ on SILO yesterday when it started moving after the opening bell, using 133t, 1000t, 1m, on one monitor, and 5m on a second, using a small account, up to 4% P/L on the day, up with 4% the day before, you're a huge inspiration Cameron
"You're Awesome Ross" Thanks for the video. I've been averaging just under $1500 a day for the first 5 trading days of the year, making a couple trades a day using you're outline. Had a few small losers but some really good winners following your teaching and your 5 keys. Started with $6500 in a cash account and almost doubled it in 5 days. Just started my trading adventure in October and have been trying to soak up all the information I can. Started in a sim and have been trying to take it slow. I planned for the new years to be trading every day to build up to 30k to open a margin acct. Thanks for all you do. God bless you and your family.
Hello, this is Max. Big thanks Ross for the technical analysis! Even though I'm currently working on my trader psychology at the moment your willingness to share knowledge and positive energy helps keep me motivated. Thanks again!
The quiz part over the last several videos are gold!!! Only suggestion would be to have more of a variation of different setups from video to video. Those quiz's are so helpful and just click!!! I've watched you over the years and have learned so much!!! Thank you for all you do for the day traders like me out here!!!
Amazing video as usual. I had to evacuate from my house yesterday morning because of the California fires. Fortunately I had time to grab my valuables including my trading computer/ monitors… I’ve been enjoying learning from the Warrior Pro courses and am hoping to get back into it soon
great video....i'm already a member and find value in each video you make. Thank you for your hard work to keep us educated. I especially enjoy the segments you do on emotions and psychology of trading.
Great video Ross! Love the quizzes, and each video seems like it makes a little more sense or reminds me of a nugget of knowledge i had forgotten. Yesterday i had another small green day, 3rd green day of the year, still trading 1 share per trade. Started off strong winning 6 of my first 8 trades, had to take a break for a short time, came back and then lost on 5 of my next 8 trades, lol. Need to work on the FOMO from missing the moves while I'm away. But eventually got it together and had some decent moves on CURR, my last 18 trades I only had 5 red ones! Ended up at 64% accuracy for the day.
Love all your videos Ross you have an amazing teaching style and I have learned so much from watching your material. Can’t afford your trading packages right now but will continue supporting your channel
I've been convinced for some time now that a Warrior Pro membership would be worth the money. Having some form of mentorship would be an invaluable tool. I just wish I could afford it. It would be so worth it
I do not like topping candles not one bit. Maybe at the bottom of a candle but certainly Not the top not the tippy tip. - Dr. Seus Cameron 37:23 is what he would say
Thx Ross hope you’re read these because you’re helping lots of people find hope after job losses. So many unemployed right now and this helping some of us through rough times. And since I’ve had successfully days with your instruction and replaced my income after other career of30yrs, I planning on sticking with this new freedom trading provides!
Monster profits for a somewhat sideways day. I feel like the shorts have been aggressive lately. Luckily exercising patience has kept my accounts green but not by much. As always, thanks Ross
ROSS, I just moved from paper to a cash account and while my positions are still very small while I refine my skills - you have been extraordinarily helpful to my process as a day trader. Keep doing what you do. Greatly appreciated.
Ross, I've really enjoyed your videos and I've learned a lot so far. The examples at the beginning of this one are particularly helpful. A video I'd like to see (and maybe you've already made one--someone please point me to it if you have) is just nothing but a series of these types of examples and explanations of why they do or don't work. Maybe real life trades you've done, ones you've considered, or just ones you'd consider to be learning opportunities. Thanks!
Do you ever start researching news the day before, or sooner? I think your an excellent teacher that breaks down difficult things into easily learned components. Thank you.
My VWAP has 3 bars...the bottom, middle and top. Every morning the leading gappers are stuck just below the top and it's always the resistance until traders try and push the stock higher and it usually will break out maybe 10, 20-30 cents then drop back down just below it and it's a fight all day trying for another breakout above it. I also use the 200 SMA I find traders will usually respect that level as resistance as well as the 200 EMA.
For the last year, I've slowing built up my equity in a cash account, making only making a few trades/day. Yesterday, I made the leap to a margin account. Profited the most money I've ever made in one day. Then... I lost most of it because I didn't follow some obvious setup & exit rules. 🤣Since it was my first day using a margin account, I'm trying not to be so hard on myself, but it pays (quite literally) to follow Ross' words of "not overstaying your welcome". I also should've stopped trading after market volume declined.
Yes I recommend the warrior simulator as it is the closest to real life trading as well as the trading tools we offer everything a beginner to a very advanced trader would need!
Great video and analysis. I still can't figure out how you manage to take a decision to buy/ sell on time based on the analysis you presented. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏
I'm in phase 2 ... Gaining 1500$ in 15 days then losing it all in 1 day ! Happened twice already. Hope I will get better at not holding losers, predicting false breakouts, and not overstaying my welcome... Because interestingly both -1500$ reds started with +200$ green than screwed it

@DaytradeWarrior I think I spotted a small error. The slide "Important Candlestick Shapes" has a bullet "Hanging Man Handle". I believe it should be "Hanging Man Candle" instead of "Handle". Cheers.

Paper trading Day 139: I have locked up Ross's daily goal! $5300 profit - half of it on literally one trade on CURR (actually 5 trades but after that successful one I got tricked by a "new high" and lost $850 - eventually recovered them on those other four trades). A decent win on SLSE, $1150 in three trades on NLSP and a single $850 winner on SXTP. This last one happened at 8:07 am and coming into 8:30 am I wasn't seeing anything good. At the same time I had a record profit in the books and a 90% accuracy on the day. Anxiety started crippling in - I was afraid that this could have been the peak and I will only make mistakes and ruin everything if I continue. So I left.. Probably would have made even more but I'm still afraid of myself somewhat.

Love to hear it! We need more people in the trading game instead of people saying "oh but warren buffet vs day traders" and never giving it a chance.
I have been seeing your videos since 6-7 years, i must say that nobody explain trading such simply and valuable as you do! Thanks
I appreciate that!

Would doji candle stick patterns or thin candlestick show that neither the buyers or sellers are in control of the price?

I'd probably get rid of hte 9ema if I had to choose. The VWAP is more important for cross over and support.
