Hey Adam, thanks for yet another amazing video! I'm able to use this for some of my range but not all, I noticed that if the available customers for a category were under 1000 then it wasn't eligible, like for new or low volume products. I'm really excited to see the results from the ones I can access though. All the best with your travels, I look forward to hearing more from you in the future
Adam, I don't understand how will this campaign work, Will Amazon send email to each customer & then how is the budget used? Like is it pay per click or what?
They are free to run, but as of today, Amazon is not sending emails to customers. Here's how it works: when the specific audience you are targeting visits your product listing, they will see the chosen discount. To enhance the effectiveness of this approach, I also recommend setting up a separate Sponsored Display Views Retargeting campaign. This way, people who have viewed your listing or added your product to their cart but didn't make a purchase will see the listing again, this time with a discount.
Hi, I have a question. Please help me with a solution One of my competitor keeps ordering my products using different ID's and he keeps returning it and keeps asking for a replacement. I have raised the issue with the support team several times but no reply from them. Now the situation is so bad that I am moving towards loss. My question is "If you were in my position what are the steps you would take to tackle this issue".
@@AdamHeist Hi Heist, You are right. I don't have any proof. But the product is personally checked for quality and packed in front of me. Therefore I am 200% sure that the product do not have any quality issue. Please share some way to protect my listing. My intention is not to pinpoint the competitor but to protect myself and keep selling.

Just looking at this now and saw the 'Display promo code on detail page' tick box at the bottom of the T & Cs which had no option to untick and also states 'The promo code will be displayed on the detail page for all qualifying products' - how does this work? Does Amazon advertise this on the product page that there is a 10% discount option? Just want to make sure than nobody loses inventory like in the old days when people would have their 70% discount displayed on the detail page and someone would buy them all out!
@@songman3021sure but if you for example put a 50% discount code, could that person wipe out your 500 units of your inventory (unless you have a max purchase) - I guess my question here is does it show on the product listing and what does that look like?

Thank you so much Adam....again, awesome tips and content.
whoah sweet, went through and set them all up. Can't wait to see the results. Thanks boss!
I've been using this for a few weeks now (cart abandonment). Good reminder to get the others up and running. Cheers.
How are the numbers with this new campaign?
Another great informative video!
thanks but i cant see brand tailored promotion. is it the same as "promotion"
What does it mean if I have a registered brand, but each of these campaigns says "You are not eligible for this audience." What can I do?

How do you know it’s a competitor and not a product issue?
