Hi,this is ramana here...I have completed my ug degree in biomedical engineering now I am looking to do transition in data science...is it worth it do in uk...and since it's a transition for me, I don't have any work experience

I would suggest trying learning basics such as python programming first and then refreshing math concepts and working on some data analytics projects on your own once you have done these, you can try either pursuing masters or finding a job in your home country.
Currently, the job market is not great in the UK and there is no indication of it getting better in the near future.

hey , i am going to select Liverpool university Uk for my masters in data science and AI , i have work experience here in india as a data scientist intern( 6 months) and a data analyst for a US healthcare company (current - 6months ) . any recommendations or suggestions ??

There are different things to justify masters from the UK. If it is purely monetary based then maybe not but if you combine everything such as personal + professional development then yes.
