Audio Transcription Summarization using ChatGPT in Python Part 2
Hello Everyone,
In this video, I'll walk you through how to build a powerful Streamlit app that transcribes audio files and generates summaries using OpenAI's GPT-4 model. This app allows you to upload audio files (in WAV or MP3 format), transcribe them using Google's Speech Recognition API, and then create a concise summary with the help of GPT-4. Whether you're looking to automate transcription tasks or just create an app to summarize audio content, this tutorial covers it all.
What You’ll Learn:
• Integrating OpenAI GPT-4 API for generating summaries from transcribed text.
• Using Streamlit to create an interactive web app.
• Audio transcription using the SpeechRecognition library and Google’s speech-to-text API.
• Handling file uploads in Streamlit and saving audio files locally.
-• Summarizing audio content by combining transcription and AI models.
Key Components:
• Streamlit for building the app interface
• OpenAI API for generating summaries
• SpeechRecognition library to convert audio to text
• Python & APIs to automate transcription and summarization processes
Prerequisites:
• Basic knowledge of Python and web development
• Access to OpenAI API (make sure you have your API key ready!)
• Python libraries: `streamlit`, `speech_recognition`, `openai`
Overview:
1. Audio File Upload: The app allows users to upload their audio files (WAV or MP3 format).
2. Audio Transcription: Once the audio is uploaded, it's transcribed using Google's Speech Recognition API.
3. Text Summarization: After transcription, the text is passed to OpenAI GPT-4 to generate a summarized version of the transcript.
4. Results Display: The transcribed text and the AI-generated summary are shown on the app’s interface.
📌 Key Tools/Technologies Used:
- Streamlit: streamlit.io/
- SpeechRecognition: pypi.org/project/SpeechRecognition/
- OpenAI GPT-4 API: beta.openai.com/
- Python

Hi Divya, I was student too, I can help for the same
hey bro did you get visa sponsorship from company in uk where you are working currently ?
Yes, I did get, mate.
Hi sir, first time watching your video. I will like you to guide/suggest me some uk or ireland 's universities for ms in data science in 2026
And for 2025 too
Hi, I needed to know something. I graduated from the electronic telecommunications field in engineering. If I don't have knowledge about any program related to data scientists, are they teaching from the basics or not!? What is the duration of data science in MSc?
Hi i did my bsc in biochemistry can i do my msc in data science in uk ?
Generally speaking the answer to your question is yes.
2024 me konsa lu please reply
If you want to buy a laptop just to learn and practice data science... I think any laptop with Ryzen 7 or i7 and 16gb ram would be more than sufficient because if you need a GPU you can always leverage cloud platforms or GCP. But if you also like gaming then you may want to look into laptops with GPUs. If 4060 or above fits in your budget then you can go for it... Or else you can get 3070 for less price and the performance is also good.
@@ProgrammingCradle do i need a GPU in a laptop if I go with Google collab I heard nvidia cuda drives are helpful if you are using pytortch and tensor flow
Unless you want to play games or do some other graphic intensive work you don't need dedicated graphics. Google colab/google colab pro provides GPU which are good enough to train your Deep learning neural networks.
How can I find job in computer filed please
Please send your Deep learning notes that you posted on Studypool I don't have Subscription of studypool please help bro🙌
I have not posted any notes on studypool. I dont even know what studypool is. Can you please share the link?
HELLO brother i need your help
Uk means london ? Is this video to London
When I say UK it means all of the United Kingdom and not just London.
Is it better to consider uk or usa
If i font like coding can i persure data science
The simple answer is no.
Do data science has coding wts difference between data analytics and data science
Us or uk
thank you soo much bro!!! It will be beneficial.
first one to comment, btw informative video :)
I am glad the video was helpful.
I have 3 years experience but its a startup ! What can i expect ? sponsoring visa is yes !
Will it be relatively less difficult to get a job when compared to a fresher? Yes... And if you are able to show your abilities to the company, sponsorship can also be possible...
How is the data analyst domain in uk now ?
Msc statistics online for working professional can you evaluate
Ukvi is only computer based test broo
Are data scientist and data engineering eligible for sponsorship in uk?
Yes, they are.
Hi Brother, I'm unable to join this channel or group due to copyright. Please help me with this regards.
Hi mate, try this link: t.me/programming_cradle_family And this link: discord.gg/tnqZJMNX
wrong information with IELTS also you can go for pre masters course before the main master course.
wrong information, you can apply for any country with ietls ukvi also its actually better
Are you sure?? I got 7.5 in IELTS ukvi . Can I apply for USA?? I'm really confuse
can an international bootcamp degree in data science propell someone to data science masters
Gleat learning guys are doing scam in the name of data science course
Hi Roshan, I have close to 1.5 years of workex at an MNC and I’m planning to apply for masters in the UK. Will the workex be helpful while applying for jobs ? Does it increase chances of finding a job ?
currently job market is very bad in UK , it is not recommended tbh
is poland universities accept ielts academic ukvi? Especially Technic university of warsaw?
I have a plan to join Great Learning PG Program in Cloud Computing. Please share your opinion
Never go for this course. Believe me I completed pgp course in data science, but it was total wastage of money. Companies do not value their certificate. If you apply in great learning also for jobs, they do not select your profile for interview. Course content is old. Overall total wastage of money. If you are interested in learning purpose and you are rich, then you can go for it but do not expect placement from this course
@@prabhakarsingh6379 Thank you so much for the heads up bro.
Hi Roshan. I am Raziv from Bangladesh and I really like your videos. If everything goes well, I start the Data Science MSc at Newcastle University in about three weeks. Could we please do a one-to-one meeting? I have some questions the answers to which I would like to know from you. Let me know!
Sure, Raziv. you should be able to book a 1-to-1 session if you are a channel member.
@@ProgrammingCradle How do I do that?

@@ProgrammingCradle I don't see it, man. Tried using both my android and my pc - no luck.
@@ProgrammingCradle One of my questions was a yes/no question - hoping you can answer that here. Does having a dedicated graphics card on your pc help you in the MSc Data Science program?
sir which way to learn better self learning or online course
I would say start with self learning. This way you will have basic foundations cleared. After that if you feel like you need more clarity on certain topics then you can go for online courses. Most often then not you will be able to learn from open source resources...
What are the skills required? I have finance background with work experience and have received admission in UoB for msc in business analytics. Just want to know what additional courses i can do side by side to get theoretical knowledge
If you want to get into Business analytics I would suggest doing Scrum certification along with your masters course will definitely help.
What arethe process for getting internship
Bro I need data science notes
Link is in the description, mate.

Yes, you should be able to.

There is no age limit.
I am coming to the UK this winter semester for a master's in data science and AI, making an education loan for this and planning to pay back this loan after my master's by doing a job in the data-related field, but I want to know is there enough job opportunities available or not, I have 2 years work experience here in India but that is in full stack dev ?? Please reply ..
Simply put, there are a lot more candidates in the job market than the jobs. Which is true anywhere in the world and not just in the UK. So, the competition is going to be high. But the jobs are there and if you put the good amount of effort in the right place you should be able to find a good opportunity.

There arent enough jobs to accommodate all the students coming to the UK for masters in DS but there are jobs its just the competition is very high. Of course, you need to be good with your tech skills but you also need to be really good with your communication skills. Having experience does help.
