KEVIN!! Give us some more of the classic country songs!! Some of us (especially us gals) often play the tenor ukulele with a low G tuning because it's easier on our small hands and arms (I'm 5ft) but it seems like no one does the classic country songs, or if they do, they're not all that good... I'd sure give a lot to have a tutorial from you on how to play "Fishin' in the Dark" by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band for starters. Pretty pleeeeeaassse!!?
Woo! What kind did you get? Thanks for learning with me :) If you're looking for more learning resources including song sheets/tabs, lesson exercises, practice tracks and dedicated play alongs, drop by the AllForUke website and have a look around. All the best - Kevin | Allforuke.com
While I'm at it and people are obviously confirming my ideas... (see previous comment below. LOL!) Hey Kevin - for those of us who are just now learning how to play the ukulele, could we requested a guided practice video on the chords most popular and well loved - that would be amazing!! Start out with a simple strum pattern for each chord and transition to the next chord (I think I would do the circle of fifths so it's at least musical sounding and pleasing to the ear to play). While we could easily practice this way on our own here at home, (Classically trained pianist here so I know how to practice on my own but I will tell you...) playing your videos and trying to play along is so much more fun for me these days. It's not only nice to hear the little reminders, but it's super fun to just play along with someone else and try to keep up rather than playing all by myself (total flashbacks of having to sit at the piano for hours and practice monotonous Hanon Virtuoso Pianist exercises out of my beloved yellow Schirmer book). LOL! Admittedly, I really did actually enjoy playing through that book but it just about killed me before I conquered it. Don't tell my piano teacher I ever said that... Also... think about it, if you put together a video like that, it is likely to get played numerous times over by thousands who are trying to practice and learn all their chords just like I am. That's an awful lot of extra passive income from one video alone... ;)
The true art of teaching - you have it!

Love all your videos. Thinking of joining. Do you have a lot of Baritone content on your site?
I despair of the F chord. My fingers are too short. I can't get my ring finger on the D string🙈 So many songs can not play. Is there an alternative?
