I think in the Ian Curtis documentary You've Used Me As a Fish For Long Enough in his The Living Dead series it mentions how the guy that trained soldiers how to torture prisoners for confessions and information learned the techniques he taught when working in the interrogation sessions during the Nuremberg tribunals.

Sinwar was diagnosed with brain cancer while in prison, but his life was saved by Israeli doctors.

If you’ve ever had your hands handcuffed, you would know the great amount of distress and discomfort that comes from a handcuff that is tied too tight.
