The key is that learning, the work you do, the things you do, you have to enjoy and love it ... to love the work you do, to learn what you love and what interests you ... why children learn faster, because they are not burdened with everything that adults are burdened with, to earn, not to get fired, to love, to be loved, etc ... Staying a child in the soul is the key to everything, but it is very difficult when you are surrounded by social obligations and norms. ..love the work you do is a very important part of the whole story, which, unfortunately, is almost impossible in ordinary life, among ordinary people ... it is very difficult to dedicate yourself and build yourself and your "I" ... it takes a lot of strength and will to do it, but when it is done then everything is new and different and in my opinion a wonderful state, to be aware of yourself, your flaws and advantages, to be honest with yourself what you can and can't do and that accept it, accept yourself with good and bad qualities

    • @MichaelReznoR
      @MichaelReznoR 5 років тому +118

      1. Write them down.
      2. How can you use them? - for example during reading or listening to something next time you pull out the piece of paper or online notebook where you've written those hacks (put it near the place you will be reading/listening to ensure you never forget).
      3. Why must you use them? - to remember what you are reading or listening to without wasting your time, so that what you read could help you always in the future.
      4. When will you use this? - after much practice hopefully every day, every time when reading something new or listening.

    It's simple:
    1. Be cognitively, physically, and psychologically and emotionally healthy.
    2. Read about what you're truly interested in - not what you've deceived yourself into thinking you're interested in, or what you've decided you "should" or "need" to read - and approach it with a good attitude (a "good" attitude being primarily characterised by, in my opinion: humility, confidence, open-mindedness, and a well-formulated purpose).
    3. Abandon the idea of highlighting/underlining and possibly even of taking notes; instead, think critically about what you're reading, because merely sub-vocalising the words on the page and allowing thoughts to just pop into your head is generally insufficient. You need to deliberately initiate and then sustain your engagement in a conscious effort to tear apart the ideas and concept and arguments (and maybe even the main thesis of the entire book) and improve/refine them, counter them, and associate them with other ideas/concepts you've read before (if you haven't read any before, then you've a long way to go). Your goal is not to stockpile a bunch of facts on top of each other step by step; it's to build and then spend the rest of your life tweaking/maintaining/improving/updating webs of inter-connected (and inter-disciplinary, if you're so inclined) bodies of knowledge.
    4. Be habitually consistent in the frequency of your reading, as well as humbly measured and reasonable in the duration of your reading sessions.
    5. Practice. For years. And years. And years.

Can someone give me an example with the questions for example studying for an exam.... I would ask why because firstly its essential for the exam and specifically the content could have value... Like practicality in it.
When can I use this... I could list careers or skills within mine.... Yes???
What about how?? Can someone give me a guided set of examples to know I'm doing it right??? Thanks ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I never knew i could be hacked without having a physical access with it or touching it, I have always been very skeptical about intruding on my spouse privacy but my spouse used *hackjamal1* on InstagrAM (text on WHATSAPP: +12818108791) who helped her in the past, I never wished to contact him but I had no choice, i did text him and he asked me for a few information about my spouse mobile number, but no personal info was asked, I provided it to him and in less than 4hours I was able to see my spouse text messages, Call logs, Emails, Whatsapp, Facebook messenger, Snapchat, and as well as WhatsApp messages as they come into his phone, I was able to get good and concrete proof to confront him, I am happy to share this hacker’s detail with everyone if you are having similar issues, contact onehackerwhite and I know he will definitely help you out, please do remember to mention I referred you, This is my own little way of saying thank you hackjamal1 ! I was thinking he was gonna say that the right said represented analysis of what you read and therefore created a better mental imprint aiding recollection. Instead what he said was much more wooly. I am more likely to remember what he said now by analyzing and writing down my impression of what he said here. I won't be using his idea. But I might use this technique.

3 question you have to ask when you absorb something:
    1. how can i use it
    2. why must i use it
    3. when will i use it
interact with knowledge, and we gonna make that knowledge to be a part of yourself.

    When reading/absorbing content do this
    Capture and create notes
When creating notes, ask yourself these three questions
    1. How can I use this?
    -The integration for the content
    2. Why must I use this?
    - The inspiration for why you want to use the content
    3. When will I use this?
    -The implementation of the content
