Mam, in the video you said 1% Starch solution, 1% means 1g in 100ml water right?? but you have added 10g in 100ml which is 10% actually... but you are mentioning this 10% solution as 1%.. Pls check...also in the description, it is not excretion of saliva, it is secretion of saliva... Pls correct.. Sorry for correcting.. hope you will check these errors. The video is helpful.. Mam colour we get after adding iodine into salivary amaylze solution was light brown but when you test it at different temp its color is blueblack means it is starch and iodine mixing solution 5:40
