The Kalona cottage cheese is so good!! Getting excited about cottage cheese brands is definitely when I know I’m getting older 😂 hope you enjoy it!

You just bought guacamole at a 98% margin for them from the avocados that would've been in the trash 4 days prior 😬 They've raised their prices more than 25% in 10 months, when their suppliers haven't raised store costs more than 5%. They are literally setting the bar for grocery inflation right now.
The momofuku ramen is the best! They sell it at target too. The noodles are so chewy and amazing. 10/10

My goodness that salmon salad looks sooo good! And that dill! I e never seen so much whole dill in one place!!!? Beautiful!!!
Those fresh Ramen noodles are so good. My Costco in San Diego had a 4 pk variety for $7.49. I love the Spicy Sesame flavor over the miso and they freeze well too. And I just grew my own alfalfa sprouts of the first time in a mason jar because they are so hard to find in the store. It should be super easy to grow your own micro green in your little green house thing. Just buy the seeds and sprout some every few days.

We only have whole foods here. But in Texas they have Central Market which is 100 times better and not near as expensive.

I love whole foods, when I lived in Wisconsin there wasn't one anywhere near me, when I moved to Illinois I was very happy to find one maybe 20 minutes from me.

I would highly recommend trying it out. Whole Foods has made a lot of changes in the last couple of years - their produce prices are the best anywhere, they’ve expanded their 365 Brand and made it quite affordable, and if your an Amazon Prime member there are weekly deals that can’t be beat. We truly enjoy and appreciate the fresh and healthy food!

Momofuku is a restaurant chain that David Chang runs and he has come out with quite a few products - all delicious. Go online. He has a line of chili crunch, 3 different ramen noodles, tamari sauce, soy sauce, etc. All really good. I have tried quite a few including his season salt. OM. He also sells some of the products at Target.
We have a Whole Foods 45 minutes from our house. I only buy certain things there that I cannot find anywhere else. If there is an ingredient in a recipe that I can't find locally I can always find it there.

Motts Natural is a good substitute for apple cider when its not in season :)
I live close to a WF and I have to say that in my experience prices have stayed fairly steady. They also run great specials. The other big chain grocery stores in my area have had much higher prices and much more drastic price increases.

Jen, try the brand REAL GOOD Chicken Lasagna. It is high protein and no noodles. It is DELICIOUS!
They opened an Amazon grocery store somewhat nearby back in September.. I’m tempted to check it out.. but not buy anything lol

WF is just too pricey for my penny-wise heart, but I did buy some fresh roses there a couple months ago, and they lasted longer than any flowers I've ever had - three weeks!!! And the price was not much higher than any other grocery store flowers - $15/dozen.
Check their prices on eggs and bacon. For whatever reason these items are more in line or even cheaper than regular grocery stores at times. They do have weekly sales and loss leaders like other grocery stores. Just keep an eye out.

Hi Jen, I tried Caviar once and it was disgusting! Yuck! I don’t live near a Whole Food in my immediate area. I love salad kits, you get everything to make a good salad, very healthy too. Have a great day.

I've never been to whole foods but there is one not far in OKC. I'm curious how different it is from Sprouts?
I feel that sprouts is cheaper on veggies and some meats. I feel sprouts is outrageous on supplements, protein powders and boxed cereals.

They aren't if you know how to shop there. If you mostly buy their 365 brand it can be cheap compared to most grocery chains. Just don't buy the expensive sh*t.
You end up spending a lot of money at Whole Foods if you buy their seafood like lobster or caviar or salmon or red meat like filet mignon and a lot of the processed food.
I can't get Burrata cheese where I live in Canada either, so frustrating. Third world problems, I know! lol
