JEANINE PIRRO (GUEST): Absolutely not. The thing that concerns me about this, the approval of the use of deadly physical force to engage the President and his security detail, who you know Jesse is the Secret Service is a preauthorization, where they assume something's going to happen and they don't even call us for the use of force. We're giving it to you ahead of time. Preemptively.
But more important and more telling to me is that they told them not to wear shirts that identified them as law enforcement agents, just wear unmarked polo shirts, and they wanted to cover up the -- keep law enforcement equipment concealed. Now, why would they do that? I don't know. But, you know, my mind as a prosecutor goes to, maybe they wanted the engagement of physical force. Maybe they wanted to come in without FBI, without DOJ, without all of that, identifying so that they could engage in deadly physical force."

A so called judge doesn't know? Question her entire career.
The reason it's called a "warrant" is because the suspect didn't comply willingly, which is why a judge has to sign off on it so that it can be considered a lawful search and seizure.
Maybe next time, don't pretend you are above the law and try to act like you did nothing wrong? Simple compliance would have eliminated any appearance of criminal intent and he would not be facing charges. We aren't in a dictatorship yet, but that is where Trump is trying to take us.

The FBI coordinated with the Secret Service to perform the search when Trump was away, so that a confrontation was IMPOSSIBLE.
