- Brinjal 250 GMs coconut 1/4 no green chillies 2 no’s onion 1 handful tomatoes 1 handful cinnamon , cardamom, cloves , and bayleaf 2 no’s each oil 1 round spoon chili powder 3 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste somph 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon ( option )
