Hi JJ!! I have been on this regimen for almost a year now [with the KETO diet & IF- Intermittent fasting], I drink this 2x a day first thing in the a.m. and before bedtime- and drinking warm lemon water throughout the day.. in my 24oz I use the cap of the ACV- 3 capfuls, 1/2tsp of baking soda, 1TBSp of lemon with the peeled skin and 2 slices of the lemon in it!!! I have acquired the taste & does not bother me anymore, and never did the shots- I've read some negative result in taking shots. It has changed my appetite I have no desire for sweets never was big on sweets anyway always been a carb queen now have steered from them! This thing works. With a disciplined and consistency, I went from 148 to 132lbs in a month, YES IN A MONTH and honest to God- I have kept it- STILL 132lbs!!!

Is it okay to put 2 tbl acv in the detox tea? Or can I stick to putting it in my green tea? I used to put acv and honey in my green tea.

Why is it example ME ... When I drank this apple cider vinegar for two weeks . I had this feeling in my chest like a HUGE ball in the center of my chest . I was drinking it every day now I have not had it since I lost my air the one night .
