Don't be silly. If you buy a plot of land to build your house, you own that piece of land. Otherwise, some one else could just take it away from you. As to the man who spent years and tons of money creating an unique rose, is entitled to own the rights to that rose. Otherwise, nobody would spend the time and money to improve plants.
There are so many to choose from, so I won’t say this and that should’ve on this list, but I will say thank you for this beautiful list.
