Hey, He has to block players so his skill works. Basically his power will increase and he will have boom jump at a certain point. The more you block the more powerfull he will be but he isnt exactly good when it is AI playing with him, unless you play with him.
Good to start with it but once you're ready or whenever you feel like practising play with it off you have more control over where your spiking but much harder to serve and hit further spikes

You can't really have an S Siwoo, that's only for an special mission on the chapter of Nishikawa if you go to the mission 4-3 I think it is, you'll get to use that special version of Siwoo (the match only last until you score like 7 times) but you don't unlock him after that, it's more like lore wise every single character including Nishikawa say that Siwoo can become one of the greatest spikers if he keeps playing (people is still waiting for a future event or something were we can unlock that version of Siwoo)
what i find really cool is that yamadera's effect on "awakened" Siwoo is not effective and just breaks.
