Hello, I didn't enjoy working in isolated lab environments and the unpredictable hours that come with running long experiments (evenings, weekends). In clinical research I have more patient engagement and I work Monday-Friday, 9-5, steady hours. I also felt that it was easier to get higher salary and overall landing jobs was easier in Clinical Research compared to BioScience which has a narrow specialty and fewer positions.
