@@matthewcardona8103 I get what you're saying, but there should be Minifigs as well. I think why I genuinely hate mini dolls is the way they were first marketed. I was a girl who loved and still loves Legos and so when Lego called Friends and mini dolls "Lego for girls" I started hating them. Now that's grown and I think they should either get rid of mini dolls, or make them exclusive to Friends sets. That's just my opinion. You're welcome to have your own

The only amazing thing are the 3 fairy tiles and the dragon head mold. Other than that I'm all for creative liberties and Aurora being able to fight (she can be woken up before fighting Maleficent), but other than that the og diorama was gonna be a must buy and 100% cooler and this set could've come out a few years down the line recycling the head mold, I'm just bitter the reverse won't happen and the adults set is gone forever now
The dragon looks great, but the mini dolls and the bright colorful castle is a no for me. I wish the other set wouldnt have been canceled, im sure it would have been a definite buy for me.
I do have this set and I am going upgrade the dragon also I think I am missing a 1 x 2 plate tooth piece and I have no clue why either Philip or Aurora can sit on Maleficent
This set won’t sell well. It’s currently being sold by Amazon and Argos, both of which discount LEGO that’s slow moving. I’m going to wait until it’s at least 25% off. The dragon is great but not 60 quid great. Some of the rest is good for parts but still doesn’t justify the RRP.
This set seems so out of place among all of the other Disney Princess and minidoll sets but the dragon is still so cool. I think the top of the dragon’s hind should have been built a bit more to sacrifice some extra tail mobility in order to make the body look more complete. I wonder how the Fairy Godmothers would have turned out if they each were opaque versions of the Emperor Palpatine hooded trophy figure with printing for their faces. Is the plastic for Aurora’s arms Metallic Pink or are they only painted that color? If it’s the former, then that seems like a color that’s missing from BrickLink’s list of colors since it doesn’t seem to me to match Chrome Pink that was used 2001-2007.
As someone who watched Sleeping Beauty over and over as a kid, mainly for Maleficent Dragon, this set is a disgrace to it. If explanation is needed, just look at Phillip riding the Dragon like a pet on the back of the box.
I agree about Prince Phillip riding Maleficent in the box art. In the film she basically locked up Prince Phillip in the dungeon and threw away the key until the fairies saved him.
OMG, you like all the same nerdy sets as me like a much younger brother from another mother. The pink and princess theme turned me off at first but secretly I think that dragon will go so well with my Funko Maleficent blacklight. Do you also collect Funko Pops?
The dragon head looks awfully similar to the lego dragon (if you were to remake it at this size). It's not half bad. I just feel it is incomplete (the belly seems to be incomplete. I might get this.

They probably straight up won't. I'd be willing to bet there's a negligible difference and everyone who complains about it is just the loud minority.
