PHILIPS Power Cyclone 5 UNBOXING and TEST

Our Rowenta cordless vacuum is not doing a great job. It’s portable and easy to use but it won’t suck bigger debris and sometimes it spills some dirt after you stop it. So we decided to get another vacuum. A PHILIPS Power Cyclone 5. It was discounted from Shell, yes the Petrol company. Their loyalty program gives you some points that you can exchange for discounts on products. So here we are with the new vacuum that has to clean better.

How well does it work for long hair, in terms of cleaning & maintenance ?

The problem with this vacuum is that it’s really strong and i tends to lift my lighter carpets. It’s almost unusable for them. Otherwise it works well with hair and all kinds of dirt.

are you still using it until now? is it durable? did you need to change any parts?

It’s rarely used. Still works fine but the suction power is very strong and doesn’t work well on lighter carpets. It lifts them up a lot.

Actuality it’s 75 db and that’s pretty good for a cheap vacuum.
