Jackie's story is so sad. 😭 A severed spinal cord can't be repaired and everyone knew what was coming before her owner said so. To untie the dog and steal the leash?! Why?! And what's the result? The death of basically a puppy. Tragic.
Incredibly, there are two terrible people here: the one who let the dog off the leash and the one who hit her and didn't stop.
Seeing how quickly and smoothly he unhooked and took that leash…I’m guessing that creep has a collection of dog leashes at home. That was a practiced move, and he probably thinks he is teaching the owners a lesson for tying up their dogs. He isn’t thinking what might happen to the dogs. What a disgusting thing to do.🖤🇨🇦
Poor Jackie, that was incredibly unjust for her to experience. I cried when I saw the golden take her first steps and so happy the boxer was running around and so thankful to the person who stopped.

Good to see Dr Chris and Dr Andrew. Prayers for first one lost his fur baby. Glad the last one, healed from surgery. Continued prayers for fur baby and owners for continued healing and fur baby will walk again. God bless them all.

Jackie...nurses/vets deserve all of the respect for trying so hard and have such mental resilience to deal wit these situations.
RIP Jackie. I've been a tech for 11 years, and have been really having a hard time lately. Like the nurse in this video said, we get to know and love these animals, often over many years. All euthanasias are hard; but when it's something like this, that needn't have happened, it's twice as hard. Seeing so many animals I love die, I don't know...I've always dealt with it, but it's just been getting harder and harder. 😢
If that video was aired in my country, the person would be fond, and he or she would face the consequences.
Which person - the driver or the one who let the dog off the leash? You might track down the driver if there was a camera, but there's no way to find the other person in any country.
@@victoriaguerin2851 The person who removed the leash was caught on camera, they could be found just the same as someone who robbed a convenience store, if the police were of a mind to be involved.

If the lead stealer was in the UK and done that to the dog, if he was caught he wouldn’t survive long in prison because some prisoners are animal lovers.

The owner of Jackie was responsible for Jackie's injuries, had he not ducked inside and left Jackie out there alone, the other idiot wouldn't have been able to release Jackie. The person who ran Jackie over and left Jackie is an idiot as well. The only hero's were the mom and daughter who brought Jackie into Dr Chris and the little pup Jackie herself, Jackie fought hard just to see her owner again, then he puts Jackie down bc, it was the only thing he could do to end both of there suffering. Jackie's bc of her injuries and his bc he didn't want the daily reminder of his own stupidity.
The original video tells where he was and why he left her outside. I don't remember what season or episode but, I think the video thumbnail says something about her in it.

There are many stores will not allow pets. I have never done it but don’t judge unless you know all the details. You honestly don’t expect someone to untie your dog to steal their leash.
It wasn't the owner. It was someone else (brother or friend, can't remember) who had taken her for a walk while owner was gone.
My heart goes out to Jackie's Dad. I lost my 2 year old chiweenie pup, Dewey, to a hit and run on February 5th. It's always devastating to lose a furbaby. 💔🐕💐🌈
