Can you do a video on the siege of Fort William Henry and what happened there was a French army under Louis-Joseph de Montcalm-Grozon Marquis de Montcalm de Saint-Veran had a force composed of 6,200 regulars and milita and 1,800 Indians and with this force Montcalm conducted a siege against 2,500 British regulars and provincial troops under George Monroe and the siege took place at the same place as the battle of lake George but I am interested in the siege of fort William Henry because it is the depicted in the famous 1826 novel the last of the Mohicans.
