I've been of the opinion that Blubber Baron has been under rated for a long time. I've never regretted having him in an arena deck. There have been games where I've top-decked him late, but far more often, I get him early and later play a 3-cost 6/6 to 10/10.
Just found a glitch if your shifter zerus becomes blubber baron while in you hand and you played battlecry minnions the stat buff will stay on your zerus even when changing into other minions (still in you hand ofcourse). I haven't gotten it often so don't know if it would only be the battlecry you played that turn or all turns

For Example , What really sucks for me is that mostly one of the first Drops is the "Servant of Kalimos" what is mostly also the best stats Card , so it always pushes you into the Elemental Direction and this is getting boring very fast ! In regular I liked Bubble Baron in my handbuff deck... Battlecry buffs gives him twice the buffs. You can get it insanely fat pretty fast, but its still kinda a trash card... You really need lucky draws to get it fat fast enough. Also forgot that he gets +2 from Doppel... Or was it +3?

In the best case scenario, it's Edwin Vancleef with half the stats and half the effect, but it's All-Class and the buff passes over to the next turn. It's not played because of Hard Removal, and Silence. A 3 mana 6/6 or 7/7 is amazing, but not when it gets Polymorphed or Hexed the turn it's played.

It's from Mean Streets of Gadgetzan. There are lots of hidden gems in the set that are overshadowed by generally better cards.
