It would be nice if we could see the beads strung into a necklace or bracelet using other genuine glass beads in between the flat paper beads. I love the beads you created.
I like what you made, and only using a little bit of the top paper is a great idea. Have you ever put a paperclip inside the flat bead so you have a curved wire coming out each end, and then it would be easy to make a bracelet etc.
I made beads using paper clips and contac paper. That was before gorgeous Washi Tape was invented. Washi wrapped around a paper clip would be fantastic. I am going to give it a try. It is easy and fast and the results are really pretty.
I am into making Scrapbooks and Mini Journals, and i was thinking if you could make another loop at the bottom they would be great for attaching to tags and paperclips and embellishments for Journals. I am going to give it a try. TFS
