Hey there! You can absolutely print the toe caps in FDM! The only resin I did them in resin was to reduce the finishing time since I spent so much time on everything else. You can just coat them in resin or sand the heck out of them to get them smooth. Hope that helps!
Hi! I did 25mm x 60mm but I also scaled my helmet up to 120%. So it may be safer to check your measurements. I just made sure I had about 5mm on all sides.
