Please respond back,,,,, i also have a 2001 C5 stick rag top, i sub to ur u tube ch & app ur content,,, i rem ur take on the borla stinger saying it was a 4 outa 10 in sound,, u nailed it on your 4 , but the borla S stinger from the cats back is a tad to quiet as u said ,,,, but i am on a fixed income & i am old too,,,,,do u think if i put cheap headers w my borla s would bring the sound from a 4 to a say 6 ? please advise,,,,, i dont have much $, so i reckon ill stick w my borla S & stock h pipes,,,, wbs, ok, i really like ur videos too,,,,, ps my stock cat back pipes w only 15k on them i could sell them if u want em, Jk age 61 central pa
I kindof want them, but is there a loss of power with them closed, over stock? The pressures have to be somewhat different, ill have to ask my mechanic who would be installing it what he thinks, they are a professional performance shop. Im also wondering what it will do the the tune, do i have them tune it while closed, and what problems will that cause when its open, let me know what you know, thanks
I am wondering the same basic question... when it's in the valve closed mode, is it an increase in back pressure over the OEM muffler. Thinking about putting a couple of these on my 2020 Camaro SS
