    材料:
    📌菠蘿
    醃料:
    📌牛油 - 20g
    📌黃糖 - 少許
    📌肉桂粉 - 少許
    蛋糕材料:
    📌雞蛋 - 2隻
    📌麵粉 - 140g
    📌糖 - 140g
    📌牛油 - 120g
    📌梳打粉 - 1茶匙
    📌發酵粉 - 1茶匙
    📌鹽 - 少許
    做法:
    1. 將菠蘿切片,落鑊用牛油煎香,落少許黃糖和玉桂粉,兩面煎至金黃色,取出鋪在蛋糕模底部。
    2. 在廚師機加入兩隻雞蛋,打至起泡後逐羹加糖140g,再加入少許鹽,再加入牛油120g。
    3. 步驟2材料攪拌均勻後,用過濾篩網分兩次加入麵粉,梳打粉和發酵粉,再攪拌均勻,倒進蛋糕模。用氣炸鍋165度焗20分鐘,完成!

    Ingredients:
    📌 Pineapple
    Marinade:
    📌 Butter - 20g
    📌 Brown sugar - a small amount
    📌 Cinnamon powder - a small amount
    Cake Ingredients:
    📌 Eggs - 2
    📌 Flour - 140g
    📌 Sugar - 140g
    📌 Butter - 120g
    📌 Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
    📌 Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
    📌 Salt - a small amount
    Instructions:
    1. Slice the pineapple and sauté it in a pan with 20g of butter until fragrant. Add a small amount of brown sugar and cinnamon powder, and sauté both sides until golden brown. Remove the pineapple slices and arrange them on the bottom of a cake mold.
    2. In a stand mixer, add 2 eggs and beat until foamy. Gradually add 140g of sugar, a small amount of salt, and 120g of butter.
    3. After the ingredients in step 2 are well mixed, sift in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in two batches. Stir until well combined. Pour the batter into the cake mold. Bake in an air fryer at 165 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Your Pineapple Cake is now ready!
