The eastern state penitentiary isn’t abandoned at all. They actually do tours and activities at the jail. And no, it does not look like that in the picture. That is just one section of it that is not used for the tours. It has some pretty modern stuff in there now, it has a room where you can answer questions on the computer, and play games. And you may ask how do I know this? It’s beacause I’ve been there.

In my town there is an abandoned daycare and it is abandoned bc in 2009 someone went in and started shooting the place. Now it just sits there and they had built a preschool right by the daycare. The town made sure no one could get in, they boarded up all the doors and widows and put cameras all around the daycare on the inside and outside.
Ive actually been to the eastern state penitentiary its in Philadelphia, and trust me when i say you do NOT want to take one of their nightime tours bcuz im not even kidding when i say i had nightmares from that place that night, its a very old crumbled building and at night it just makes it ten times worse especially when you know people have died there before
