I didn't believe Wack when he said that R Kelly is getting a new trail or appeal in Chicago bc some mistakes the court or DA made. But it was announced last week Kels is going back to trail. I always think Wack is bullshitn on legal shit but he may actually know the law.

In my opinion, wack was talking too much on the podcast after the court and before. He shouldn't even have said anything. Knowing the courts are listening to all the stuff that he's saying. I have a feeling that's what's going to be his downfall later in life, they're going to have hundreds and hundreds of evidence from these podcasts. @2:48 That's a good point. The Son of Sam law applies to those who have been tried and convicted. Keefe D ain't had his day in court for the Tupac hit. He DID confess to being party to it but that was during his proffer session so I don't think they can use that against him. Unless the judge is citing a precedent set by some other court case that I haven't heard of. And he didn't explicitly confess in any of his press interviews.
The proffer is voided if you break the agreement by openly discussing those same crimes out loud, especially for money, and it's essentially you incriminating yourself while voiding the deal you made to get out of the other case on top of it.
This isn’t son of Sam. His bail agreement specifically says he can’t make money off this. Not sure why Wack and Vlad don’t read or know this
