I THINK WHEN DIDDY's problems began is when that guy admitted to shooting 2Pac earlier this year and put the blame on Diddy is when this all started to crumble for him. Then came Cassidy allegations, then came the gay allegations, and more people started coming out. Then J-Lo separations from Affleck began and they separated but still wearing wedding rings...IDK

Not if the feds are circling around him with a looming criminal indictment. Settling lawsuits is the least of his problems if he's on the feds radar to dismantle what they believe is a guy who's long gotten away with using his wealth to facilitate and commit federal crimes for a long time now. Nobody thought R. Kelly would see a jail sentence after everything and he's sitting down for 30. Weinstein was the boss of Hollywood and he's unlikely to come out of prison alive.

That's a good point. Why would Diddy have a copy of a hotel surveillance tape that would incriminate himself sitting around in his house? It makes more sense that law enforcement or someone in the music industry was holding onto it as insurance if Diddy got outta line.

If you're using your wealth to facilitate and commit federal crimes in a way that can be construed as a "continuing criminal enterprise" per the language then it can wade in RICO waters. It's dicey if the feds would want to take it that far unless they have hard evidence that Diddy has a structure of sorts to go about criminal conduct in an organized way, especially to intimidate people to cover it up, but we won't know until if and when they drop an indictment on him. It's still quite a possibility that he could be facing that level of charges.
