This is the first time I’ve met my teammates at TikTok after 1.5 years at the company. We spent a week in NY getting to know each other through team building exercises, including making TikToks. The team grew from 2 to close to 20 during this time, but not without growing pains. This offsite made us more connected as a team and created so many cherished memories.
