Hi Ryan. There are some elements of Sense in this. Anyone who has followed Band-Maid for even a few years will notice the huge strides that they have made as musicians and a band. Us Madiacs take it for granted, but other bands must be thinking "How the hell, what have I just heard". Great week for Band-Maid- this song then the collaboration with The Warning. I've already heard two Mexican/South American reactors featuring Band-Maid today.
Sounds awesome! I will say, I kinda forgot there was an anime intro playing the whole time. Kinda feels like it's a completely unrelated thing xD. Looking forward to the whole song!

I was trying coming back to Warning and Lovebites, Nemophila. Inasmuch I like them I find that something in Band maid music that attracts me more. What can it be?
Wow I actually quite like it. Sounds like the new album has a bit of 70s-80s kayoukyoku, and almost middle eastern tribal music influence in it, just like Brightest Star and Magie. Catchy and experimental at the same time!

Can I suggest something to check out that you won't be disappointed with??? The Sixsters - an all female 5 piece rock band from Ukraine. A lot of The Warning fans and other reactors have been picking up on them over UA-cam recently. Try a predominately acoustic song first up called "Hold" - then into their style of rock with "Feels" and "Same Kid" both from this year. You won't be disappointed as they play a lot of different genre's. Another rabbit hole to dive in to. I currently have 26 of their songs on repeat an I only discovered them 8 days ago. Grendizer U is a new anime to be released July 5th and Protect You is the ending theme. The original Grendizer was from 1975-1977.

この曲には大半のファンが絶賛のコメントをしていますが、しかし少数の昔からのファンやアニメファンの一部からはそれぞれ別の角度から違和感が表明されています。その絶賛と違和感が今のBAND-MAIDの音楽市場での可能性と課題を示していると思います。
私はこの曲は好きです。ただ、アニメ版のpvはアニメソング用にミックスされて歌詞が聴き取りやすいようになっていますが、MV版は、アニメファンを無視して、よりハードロックに徹してBAND-MAIDらしい疾走感とemotionalな曲調とのamalgamを強調しているので、柔な人はたじろぐでしょうね。
