That's what they stated in an interview and that they aren't really commited to any religion. But who would admit to be a satanist, i guess most would not do that. Yes they also have some christianity related tracks. Still it's always in a rather negative context however. For instance their one track named ''nothing is real'' is even very much against Jesus if you look up the lyrics to that. There they deride Christ which is very characteristic for satanists. And what is it with their mention of the ''branch davidians'' who led many christians astray? They are clearly pro branch davidians as it is to recognize by some of their lyrics in the tracks. Those slightly references to christianity probably even came from their interest to the branch davidians. Althought those branch davidians are definitely no christians, but an evil cult.
Althought one thing i believe them. Look, boc stated: ’’we just put symbols into our music sometimes, depending on what we’re interested in at the time’’. So one is for sure and that’s that they were alot interested in the ’’devil’’ at many times. Here's a list of how many times they circa mentioned the devil: 1. devil / a few old tunes (1996) 2. peace-tony-devil / old tunes vol. 2 (1996) 3. the devil is in the details / geogadd (2001) 4. the devil is in the details (reverse) / geogaddi (reverse) (2002) If i also count the voice in their one track named ’’you could feel the sky (reverse)’’ who say ’’a god with hooves, a god with horns’’ then we have them already mentioning the devil 5 times. Also is their album called ’’geogaddi’’ exact 66:06 min in length. The standard version of geogaddi does even have a file size of 666mb as well. Also by their track named ''telepath''... In one sequence, the number six is repeated in the background, the result sounding more like "666".
@@aluyko8016 i think seniarz is stuck in those times because he still believes the majority of people actually practicing Christians when most are unpracticing or athiest or a different religion
astounds me how much this thing has been argued about under every boc video you've uploaded. if you're going to be so stubborn, there's no point having the exact same discussion 50 times. there's nothing i hate more than getting into arguments in youtube comment sections so I won't say anything more but I'm just a bit sick of seeing this conversation every time i listen to one of these songs you've uploaded
Notice: I distance myself from the artist’s obvious satanic belief. From now on this upload is only here to inform about that.

One of the best BoC tracks out there imo, seriously underrated.
very nice video!!!! and my all time favorite track from boards of canada!!!!!!!
Really cool video, nice backdrop to the tune which is one of my favourites. Cheers
Same breakbeat used in the title track off "Twoism".
theyre both litty titty songs??!??????
I thought you didn't dig any of the BoC stuff with syncopation in it, UT.
This I don't mind since it gives off too many Kaini Industries-esque 70s PSA vibes to where the syncopation can easily be overlooked.

nice video man. Really, really enjoyed that
@seniarz what city is that in the background? it looks like a couple of different ones.
could you give me a tool track that sounds like this pls, i'm intereted in discovering new things ;)
it's the rhythms and heavy bass pronunciation, It sounds very Tool like because you can imagine the Maynard growns over the top of this too.
