I used to sell leather goods and luggage back in the 90's at a high end luggage shop. The best wallets that we sold were made by Hartmann, Tumi and Bosca. Those wallets cover all the best leathers mentioned in the video. I currently have a lamb skin Tumi billfold wallet that I've had for 10 years.

And also, the video is taken for the sole purpose of promoting the sponsor. If you see, they've already discussed about quality leather wallets long back ago in this channel. Some of the recent videos are really good. I agree that. Like the previous video on how to start from scratch was informative. But there are videos like this from time to time taken solely for sponsors. I think maybe these few videos are required to sustain the financial needs of the channel

In Sweden, we do not pay with cash but either with a card or with Swich that you have on your mobile (Only available in Sweden for Swedes). So a light card box that is a little bigger than a debit card is enough. So in Sweden, the wallet is about to play its role.
Price has absolutely nothing to do with design. There are plenty of cheap slim wallets that aren't faux leather and will last a long time. I have a cheap slim wallet that still looks like new after years of use. Meanwhile, I have more premium genuine leather wallets that are in storage because they're too bulky.
I’ve had a cheap Walmart wallet I bought 11 years ago when I was 16 which has held up nicely since now. Only has a few wear and crack on the edges but it has served me well. I’m gonna finally retire it for a Timberland wallet I bought recently.
I have found that conditioning my good quality leather wallet in the same way I condition my shoes (with Saphir Renovateur, then Saphir polish) preserves the suppleness of the leather indefinitely. (my daily use wallet is now more than 50+ years old and sees some pretty rough use, especially when I am doing construction)
I switched to one of the ridge wallet cardholders. It was alright and I like the sleekness for my pocket. Then I switched again to an Ekster Senate cardholder. I like that one better due to the switch that ejects the cards for easier access.
I’ve had my Fossil wallet for about ten years & was doing good until within the last year where the wear has become noticeable at the outer fold & some of the edges.
I have an old Coach wallet that I bought years ago put away and forgot about. It is long discontinued and can never be replaced. I changed my leather wallet for a cell phone wallet case (faux leather though). In the world of wallets doesn´t matter the brand, just the quality and design. But you aren´t forced to use just 1 wallet. Should be matched with the colour of your shoes, belt and watch. You don´t want to look sexier or sporty and then show up with the wallet of your grandpa. I think that 4 wallets would cover most of the styles: black, dark brown, cognac, and a colorful nylon sporty wallet. And if you are in the mood of leather jackets, a chain wallet matchs perfectly.

Chain wallet baby! Lost my wallet once. But I have not since wearing a chain wallet. And it gives you an edgy look. There are really nice chain wallets out there. Make sure real leather. Also, noone can snatch your wallet easily either.
Bought a Guess wallet a year ago (before I had a Dockers one, that was literally falling to pieces, even staining my cards and ids) and it’s okay, I paid like 50/60 euros, which is the most I’d pay for a wallet tbh

My father taught me to make sure you take a pen with you everywhere you went. Typically, do we are signing receipts or filling out that random paper work at the post office. I personally use the Fossil passport wallet I bought from their outlet store a few years back. Simply for the fact you want that clear window for your ID, or driver’s license. Once i found fantastic empty french wallet on a chair of London tube and really like it for couple years. 300 euro for a piece of leather with Montblanc snowflake though ? I stay with my Bangkok Khao San street leather wallet for now,it is runnig third year so far.
A decent inexpensive leather wallet will last a really long time; a top end wallet will last forever and look great. AND it gives your wife something nice to buy you. I asked my wife for an Ettinger wallet several years ago and it is a gorgeous accessory they may well bury me with. If you are only going to have one, why not make it a good one? It’s also a good signal. A high end (not designer) wallet is like a Patek; most people won’t even notice it, but the ones who do will appreciate it for what it is. Think of it as a gold digger filter. 😉
I have a Prada saffiano leather wallet, but I can say the quality of the Carl Friedrik wallet, bag and other leather goods is on par. Antonio and Thomas are on point. I do the love timeless Prada design, quality and beautiful patina, but in terms of build quality, craftsmanship and leather there's basically no difference and you can save $400 - $500 in buying the Friedrik.
Antonio, I've made an observation about your nice black leather jacket you're wearing in this and other videos. It looks too new, too clean in that it appears too stiff on the drape. It hasn't yet comformed to your body. It's that 'spends it's life on the hangar' look only worn indoors for brief filming. It could be lighting..? It's a nice jacket and you certainly have great tastes. But, leather jackets have that "bad boy" appeal. Bad boys get outside and rough and tumble with their leather jackets functioning as pillows when camping, keep rain or cold off their gal or any host of adventures. The result is a jacket that drapes well and comforms to his body. Some minor creasing and looser drape is only natural.. I'm not talking distressing or dragging behind the pickup. As new blue jeans always look better after a good washing.. leather just looks better as it ages and develops a natural patina.. Safe travels and keep your powder dry my freind. Yes. they are worth it. i have gotten marshal wallets for many many years. they come in all sorts of things. they are great!

Cheaper wallets that say genuine leather. Usually are bonded leather which is the particle board of leather.
