I like how The Ghoul made Roger think a happy thought before putting him out of his misery. It shows that deep down, the good man he once was still exists. Sort of.
The ghoul taking the teeth is probably a call back to the dentist in Filly, they do buy teeth lol so maybe they buy ghoul teeth too.
