Thanks for the info. But u should also have spoken about mileage which the two cars offer. City eHev with 26 kms/ litre is way ahead than Virtus and slavia .
True Škoda & VW only have Petrol versions in India 🇮🇳
There were a few things which you missed out 1. City gets ADAS in all the trims excluding SV, which gives it an edge in terms of safety features but the virtus scored proud 5 star in GNCAP and Latin NCAP as well. Considering Indian variant of city never got tested (pre facelift variant) Also, virtus gets safety features like ELSD(Electronic Limited slip differential), brake disk drying, electronic vectoring, esc, tcs, hill hold assist, ABS, EBD, 6 airbags and a much more solidly built body and sheet metal than any Japanese car, Yes city also gets feature kit like esc, hha, abs, ebd, ADAS, 6 airbags. But still lacks on a few , nevertheless ADAS gets those points (can’t say how reliable it will be in the long run as it is a camera based system)
Secondly. DSG is DSG, even a TC is good. And a CVT can’t beat the driving experience of a DSG/TC unit, that too from the house of VW.
City has ADAS only in top 3 variants not all

City is a good car with great engineering. One concern is the poor built and paint quality in new gen honda cars.
It should be a tie ....safety and features are more in virtus

Performance chahiye to Virtus GT, otherwise go for City CVT - Hybrid ke liye tab jaana jab running kaafi high ho
Safety and performance go for Virtus.... hybrid makes sense if your strong hybrid battery lasts for more than 150,000 kms. As per the data from europe and america, the strong hybrid battery life is 120,000 kms to 200,000 kms

Virtus i feel is probably a classy car….its almost thr only the comfort levels as city, but city takes the cake…n regardin wts good for the back n feels better in long journeys would be vw cause of firmer seats

Honda City driver head rest is best in all cars
Sir I am 34, was driving a Verna for the last 3 years, now want a car which is more posh and classy. Do you suggest the Honda city or any other car in the segment. I am not considering the New Verna as it is too flashy for my liking
Go for City....you will feel the difference...
Driving 5th Gen City for last 2 years, it is a very comfortable car for city driving, perhaps the best under 20 lacs. However, if you have longer highway runs, I would recommend you test drive the Virtus once. City's cabin insulation is poor on highways.
City is a posh car for many. But i suggest you to go by usage. For city go for city. If highway usage is more then go for virtus. If its mix of highways and rural areas then go for Slavia....
Virtus is best but for resale value city is better but again city means you are compromising on safety
@@mangalmurtibhosale technically both the cars haven’t been tested yet by GNCAP so can’t say one car is safer. If Taigun (same platform) has scored 5 in GNCAP then City has also scored 5 in ANCAP.
