I have seen the bots do this in gladiators. They turn slightly one way then quickly turn the other while using the rudder. In this vid he is pulling hard one way then when the aircraft tries to stabilise by pulling back iHeart pulls with the aircraft destabilizing it getting lucky in the process (I think)

Pick a plane, under its name there's an icon "customise", tap on it. There will be button for changing weapons at the top. (U can change machine gun only in bombers, in fighters u can only add bombs)
