I have the theory that the original team that developed the tracks of the base game is not involved in these extra tracks, this is because in the tracks of the base game there is a more realistic artistic style, and in the dlc there is a more cartoon style.
I hope one day in the next update they can at least fix the graphics, lighting and textures for this course, if they can add moving cars in coconut mall then I’m sure they can fix shroom ridge and make it look really nice and smooth just like every other course.
Mine too. I never loved Shroom Ridge that much on the DS, it was an 8/10. This version, it’s a 10/10 because the he cars go the same direction making it easier, the music is significantly remastered into one of the best remixes ever, and everything else about this track is just so underrated.
Lots of persons are saying the tracks look bad. They are right. But atleast we can play them again, and i really like the simplistic design on all of them. It makes it satisfying to play.
Yeah. They fucked up the Booster Pass in every conceivable way. No antigravity, super ugly graphics, entire sections cut out of Sky Garden, Coconut Mall removed the boost pads and moving cars (the risk/reward aspect that made the track so fun), and Shroom Ridge removed the entire right side of traffic.

It happens to be that the end that hates it is dominant. I personally like the DLC, and anti-gravity was overused in a lot of courses. They'll still be in almost half of them if it doesn't appear in the DLC, and DK Summit has been datamined, so we could get half-pipes!
UA-cam is saying there are three replies for some reason despite there being two. It's just another glitch which was introduced to UA-cam not too long ago, along with the incognito video player glitch. Edit: Now it says there's four. I'm looking for that invisible reply.

It’s copying the DS art style. They wanted to make it close to the original….also why they used DS sound font for the song.

in ds version one side goes against the racers other side issame direction as the racers but this one both sides is same direction
