I wish there was one thing I could say that helped... But I think my serious acne just stopped around junior - senior year of high school. I still get breakouts before my period especially around my mouth! The only advice I can give is to go see a dermatologist. And a highly rated one at that!!! I did the cheap way by doing a trial with curology haha! But their niacinamide prescription cream really made my skin soft!! Something I do swear by for body acne is the Noble formula 2% pyrithione zinc bar soap. (Was also suggested unofficially to me by the curology derm 😉) and stick to it for at least a month!!!! I how this helps :)
