I can hear the grief and rage and determination in her voice. I imagine that’s the sound of every voice across Lebanon and Palestine. Thank you for this conversation.

Another wonderful episode thankyou. It's really disturbing to hear the defeatist and casual despair amongst people who aren't even on Levant, Greater Syria, Iran or any holy lands. It reminds us all that in the western worlds especially that the majority of people would roll over and die. And have! Cowardly. No honor. No hope, and no rage in light of this genocidal entity. We feel some of us a deep shame in not being able to bleed with Gaza and Lebanon right now...God bless and provide for you all.

At this point the Palestinians and now the Lebanese are hope itself. No one else can pass through this night.

this the most disappointing thing I ever watched Nasrallah is a man not to be commemorated or called a sahid, this is the same that participated in the torture and killings of many Syrians. Even till this day Syrians face extreme prejudice from Hezbollah and govt, etc. It's pretty unsettling to hear someone call him a "great man". I honestly am shocked that you would put this on, as a listener, to this podcast. It reminds of Noam Chomsky and his american centric model where America's enemy means that its our friend, many criticized his view on the Syrian civil war. it just surprising to hear someone based around MENA topics to also spew absolute garbage. We should talk about the displaced lebanese people not this guy. The syrians of today in lebanon are the palestinians of the 80s in Lebanon.
