This is very exciting to me, I’ve been challenging aging since I was 40, now I’m 73 and work in SanFrancisco as a bike taxi operator. Talk about high intensity surges, random events thrown at you from all angles, sometimes having to converse in 3 different languages, and then there are the hills😅and lastly my biggest nemesis the wind.
So I’ve been reading the book with great interest, thank you David for your inquisitive nature.

This is such an educative book of Dr. Sinclair. It's also the reason why I am a hundred percent convinced that it's now possible to increase human lifespan. I have been taking NMN (vitruvin nutrition 500mg/day) for over a year now and it truly changed my life. At 61, I am still fit as a fiddle, works out day and night, walks kms a day, eats balanced diet, and a volunteer in our small town. It's okay to age, but let's make sure to age healthily and happy.

I have been watching Dr. Sinclair's interviews and discussions. I am a fan of his this book. Very educative. There's no point increasing lifespan without health span. The goal should be to live longer while staying young and healthy. Sinclair believes that in the foreseeable future, it's possible for humans to live beyond 120 or even 150, without the frailty, diseases and disability we now associate with old age. I hate aging and the illnesses it brings over time. This is why I am now taking NMN supplement by Vitruvin constantly.

It was between 1 and 2 for years. Suddenly about 3 years ago my PSA was 10 and checking shortly after 8. I had am MRI and my lymph nodes near my prostate were swollen. I went on hormone suppression. @@vickybiagini8623 The last twenty years were bad for anti-aging research because there was little scientific support and even less funding. Nowadays, there is more scientific confirmation and money coming into the industry than ever before. Believe me, the next twenty years have every reason to be more fruitful than the previous twenty. Also, I don't know where you got the idea that Aubrey is an alcoholic, but regardless, such a fact would be irrelevant to the fact that he has done more for anti-aging research than anyone else in the world.
