Oh...I don't know what's better, watching your art and being relaxing or getting super inspired by it....love your artworks and your incredible talent!
Everything you do makes me want to try! Now I have to buy some go paint! LOL - Thank you for keeping me busy and trying new things! Take care & stay safe!! 😊
I love this sketchbook spread! I really cant pick witch one i like more. The waterfall one is very peaceful and the the other one of the left is more eerie and mysterious looking. I love both of them for different reasons. You are really good at this! : )
Accidentally got some of these thinking I was buying actual Gouache. Now I have to go back to the store and get what I need, but maybe now I have a whole new category of supplies I "need" to try.
Beautiful illustrations ! I’m from Belgium and also searching for those acrylic paints, but haven’t found them for a ‘good’ price. I’ll stick to my normal gouache and acrylics for now !
I think Arteza's gouache is acrylic, isn't it? (Please correct me, if I'm wrong) It's been promoted all over YT - & Amazon ;) - & less expensive than other brands. I haven't tried them personally because the "re-wetting & use again" is a big point for me. Just sayin' because you're interested...
Cee Add oh I have both the 60 pack of gouache and the 60 pack of acrylics. But having those 60 colors was a mistake buying as I like to mix my own colors
Arteza Gouache is nice and I actually have a review on my channel. They are watersoluble though! And you may need a few layers with an illustrative layered style like that. They are good for their price though :) (I'd stay away from their acrylics though, the caps of multiple tubes of mine broke and now they're all drying out. Their acrylics are also very glossy.)
Hi! I am from Russia and it is very difficult for me to understand English, but I am very glad that I found your channel. I am very inspired by your videos and I like your drawing style very much. And I really don't understand why there are so few likes here, even though your work is beautiful!
I'm glad that I found this video, i just purchased gouache and my painting didn't come out good, I feel discourage but I will try again, I'm new at painting and I don't have skills.
I've been learning to paint following along to UA-cam videos! I have no skills either but if you just take it slow, eventually it will start getting easier and you'll be able to make something decent. You got this!
Lovely paintings, these looked really fun to do! One nitpick, this was more a speedpaint than a tutotial, which implies something is being taught. Nitpicking aside, this was cool to watch, thank you for sharing!
It was meant to teach you though. Lots of people have followed this tutorial already, even if it's sped up. I can't narrate and upload 3 hours of work without speeding it up 😂 Thank you though :)
@@VisualMind beacause i want to try this out and it looks amazing but unfortunately i don't have gouache or acrylic gouache so im relived i can do it with acrylic , Thanks.
Hi Melanie! I have a question about acrylic gouache. I know that regular acrylic paint is dangerous for the environment, because of its plastic binder. It can not be washed down the drain. When the plastic binder is dissolved with water it really seriously pollutes water resources. That is why I stay away from acrylic paints. You seemed to be like a very kind person who deeply cares for the environment. Do you know if acrylic gouache has similar qualities? Is it environmentally friendly? Thank you! Love your art and chanell!
Thanks for your question. Since it's not water soluble either, I assume it might have the same qualities as acrylics. It doesn't seem to have as much of a plastic consistency though. I'd say maybe reach out to the brands you'd be interested in? I'm sure they can tell you more about their ingredients. I was using Holbein Gouache in this video :)
Heyyy!!!! Its a great videooo!!!! I wanted to ask if we could do this with watercolour as I dont have gouache? Like is it going to make a major difference?
Thank you! :) Since watercolors aren't opaque, you need a different approach. You can copy the shapes, but you can't paint lighter colors on top of darker ones. I'd say make a sketch and fill in each shape with the color you want :)

Which paper is best for poster colour ?
I've never tried poster colors before but since it's similar to gouache I assume that watercolor paper would be best :)
