  • Goofin' around in the woods for the first use of the Lokka. Lokka was installed during a regear (original 4.363 gears to 4.636 gears). 2001 Xterra limited slip is now present in the rear end in addition to the Lokka.

@@dospathsgarage2854 Hey man I’m racking my brain which coil I should get in the front. I’ve already got the OME MD springs in the rear and I’m figuring out whether I need the LD (2921) or MD (2923) for the front.
With 100lbs of added weight in the back (bed platform) my rear fender sits 1.25” higher than the front which just has the factory coils. I want some rake but the rake right now is a little much. I have no plans of bumpers or anything for the front. What are you rocking?

@@on1ytheb3st I'm using the AC coils from 4x4 parts . Com. I think they are stiffer and higher than the OME varieties. The AC coils have settled in much more than my rear coils and my front sits noticably lower. I'd recommend the most heavy duty you can go for the front whether that's by OME or by going with AC or Dobinsons. Gives you more more support if you ever add a front bumper/winch/skids. If you're not planning on adding weight, I'd recommend the medium duty coils

@@dospathsgarage2854 Yeah man I hear ya, I definitely like the raked out look though; just too much as it stands. The problem I see with doing MD up front is I won’t be adding any weight except maybe a bash plate and in the rear I have an additional static weight of 100lbs; worried it will be too leveled out because of that. Regardless I appreciate it man, love your rig setup!
