Great video. But you missed the most important step for those that have the ACE salt system MUST turn off the breakers to the tub when removing the filter that has the ACE salt system device out of the water or you will shorten the life of it or destroy the unit. It explains this in the manual and all sales representatives will tell you to do this. Good luck and happy tubbing!
Good catch! Thanks for bringing that up. You are correct-- if the cell is left outside of the water, it can damage the system. We suggest leaving the cell in the water while you clean the hot tub or, yes, even better, you can turn off the breaker.
No criticism here.
I appreciate you taking your time to help me out!
Thank you!
Thanks for this very helpful. What type of soaking cleaner do you recommend?

Why did she carry the tub to the coiled up garden hose??
Light weight easy to remove and dump
What size utility tub is that?
I believe they are around 18 gallons.
All you need to do is soak them overnight in a phosphate free powder soap. You can even get it at the dollar store. Rinse and replace.
Looks like a lot of work....
Why not paper filter?
Video ok, but we find the "vocal fry" very annoying! Please try speaking normally - with more air/higher.
