Review - 30Ah DC-DC battery charger from Aliexpress

- Aliexpress is like a lottery! Often you buy a great product for a convenient price, other time you just throw the product on arrival.
Fortunately to me this Chinese 30Ah DC to DC charger for my LiFePo4 battery was a good choice.
I guess it’s the main rival to the Victron or Renogy products, as it’s the only solution from Aliexpress.
It’s not perfect, but it will do the job for the money I’ve paid.
Feels very light, considering the volume of the product. Packaging doesn’t deliver illusion of quality.
Main drawback of this charger is that it’s not showing you how much you are consuming, but only how much power it’s putting into the batteries.
Another improvement to be done - connectivity to the dongle. It’s not stable and app is not connecting all the time especially after a day, so you have to reset the system.

How about these 3 months... what are your impressions? For me in Brazil, it looks like the best (in terms of price) to do it... others are priced at 2 to 3x more money.
Thank you for posting. Can I ask you about the battery itself. Is the one in the van also from Aliexprees? Did you had any issues with it? I'm currently looking for about 260-300amp of Lifepo4 and thinking about gettin one from Aliexpress myself.

To sum up, after some time of using it - can you recommend it? As it's 40% cheaper than Victron/Renogy products.
I have the same unit, where did you connect the negative wire? Mine did not charge, it’s not working, I’m confused. Please if you can help me how you wire them. Thanks. Btw what are those blue wires?

Ciao ho preso lo stesso battery to battery solo da 60 A, ho attaccato tutto e i led flashano tutti e 4 insieme. Se faccio partire il motore non succede niente e continua a flashare. Dal tuo vedo che il D+ dal caricatore va nello slot dei cavi che vengono dalla batteria motore, è giusto a te funziona ? O bisogna collegare all'alternatore direttamente? . Grazie ciao

My Votronic DC-DC VCC12-12 30 stopped working after half of the year. I am disappointed (and from what I am hearing I am not the only one) so I am considering some different model.
