    Just bought one and arrived today 12/2/21.. this video helped me set it up real quick and easy right out the box.. only advice I can give is when connecting it to the app make sure your wifi is connected to 2.4ghz 5ghz won't work lol other than that it's great..

      @@vfsd234 Yes you can use it without wifi, it just shows how many times you've washed your floors in a month or more when connected on your phone

      It’s an excellent appliance for laminate vinyl or hardwood!
      I have a LOT of messy pets and this thing is simple to use and clean, there are a lot of bells and whistles that are useless, such as the “auto detecting self clean” even if it’s clean it says it needs cleaned, it’s just a preprogrammed voice that plays every time.
      And the Wi-Fi capabilities…just why? Now I have more i unneeded wireless interference.
      Other than that, I am constantly praising this vacuum for its performance and ease of use!

    I just bought the iFloor S5 and it's great! The only thing I couldn't find in the manual is how to change the language of the voice prompts. Is it even possible or it's only in English worldwide?

    I just got this and it doesn’t work. It gives error message when it flashes on and off that says battery is installed wrong contact support.
    Of course I can’t get any support.

    Had a unit for 2 years. Will not work after 3rd battery. Mailbox full and no reply. VERY DISAPPOINTING! All those accessories going into the trash? Mop device the next to go?

    "Hi Everyone
    While seelling the sales team has informed that it is covered with 2+ 2 years warranty. But actual warranty period is 1 year only. Every service visit they charge you 990 rs. The battery life time is very poor. That it will go away in one year. The new battery charge is 9900. You will see high rating, because they provide the attractive gifts for the people who gives 5 ratings in site. But the reality is it will fail in within 2 months period. The service time they took tp resolve is 6 months for the motor issue. In 2 months I got the batter issue, for which I have requested to pay 10k in total. Be aware of the reality befor purchase."

      Thank you for your interest in Floor One S3. S3 is a wet dry vacuum and it cannot be used as a dry vacuum. You can take a look at our cordless vacuum such as A11 Hero or smart vacuum like Pure One X on our official store. Either will help you pick up dirt, hair, and big particles during your daily clean.

    Why would anyone need an APP to mop/vac the floor? The damn thing already talks to me. The world already looks at their phone too much...

    Hi my tineco S3 moves so fast. It is like me walking fast with it. When I don’t meet pace with it, am getting shoulder pain. Have you/others faced same issue? Is there any way to run it at low speed?

    i live in israel . bought it about a year ago. never connected it to the app. it worked well for 6 months then it died. i have the receipt. what do i need to do? when i called the people i got it from they answered that i have to bring it in so they could fix it. is this the standard procedure? since i don't have a car, it's not so simple

      We are sorry it's not recommended to use other cleaing solutions. It might ruin the channel or motor since it hasn't been tested by our lab.

      Dear customer, thanks for your comment. It will not necessarily need to connect to the base when not using. You could simply store it since the vacuum cleaner will stop charging when fully charged.
