what the heck... this is amazing!!!
The people that helped them out of the mud are absolute legends. 🔥🤘🔥
They sure are!!!
These are people who risk their lives for passion. :))
@@ReedTimmerWxI can’t wait to see u intercept the tornado when ur done with the dominator 5
@@Ethan_VR1wdym dom 5?! Dom 4 doesn’t exist
@@emojiiiii there building the dominator 5 rn
This is hands down the best tornado show
Agreed! This is quickly becoming my favorite channel on the platform
Reed Timmer and team are the best!
Reed will go down as one of the most legendary storm chasers of all time. I think he deserves a role in “Twisters III”
it's all based on him anyways, and everyone knows that :)
Hollywood missed a chance to get him and pecos hank in it, atleast as cameos🤦
Certainly on the Mt Rushmore of Storm/Tornado Chasers.
This man’s vocal chords are indestructible
I'll never forget seeing this nado live on stream, I'm sure Reed has seen something similar before, but I've never seen anything like it, simply amazing. So awesomely nice of you Reed to bring us along on your journeys!!!! GREAT WORK!!!
It's beautiful but equally terrifying.... wow
Which live was it? I remember seeing it i just wanna re watch it
@@daledoback212 give it some time eventually you will.
I watched it live also. Epic job by never stop chasing.
I remember this!.. Awesome! Lol hahaha
That Westmoreland freak was something else - a lesson in the perfect absurdity of fluid dynamics.
1 day ago and 6 hours ago it was posted rip
@@Brysonlol_official2 I’m not sure what your comment means.
@@ryan_annie it was because a time glitch happened in youtube
@@Brysonlol_official2 People can view videos before they come out if their "members".
If there was a tornado to be studied, it would be that one. Would be curious to see if the stronger storms of the past had similar structure inside the clouds that no one was able to see.
I'm 45 seconds in, and as a photographer, the color grading on this video is just unbelievably beautiful.
What an incredible job by everyone involved!
Yeses can't wait! It's going to be " "Yougottabekiddingme." Moments.
So much one of those
@@ReedTimmerWx Compilation when?
Was waiting alll week for this, reed if you see this I have made a intercepting probe, it is much stronger now, with 3 layers of 8mm aluminum, 27 layers of flex tape, 4 layers of Kevlar infused tape, and an anemometer with a camera mount for it. If you are interested there’s a un-updated video on my channel and explaining it, I will soon make a new video about the changes on it, also I fly video drones so I could get better footage of storms (compared to my phone). Been watching you for around 10 years now, stay safe man NSC
What a great episode, thank you Reed, Edgar, Brian, as usual you all are
Loved Brian actively eating snacks and fully engrossed… 😹😹😹
😂
I’m starting to like TWISTERS IRL as much as Storm Chasers and Tornado Chasers.
Keep it up Reed, that Tornado was crazy!
Never stop chasing!!!!
Im im awe..the video quality and sheer beauty and power of the twister is just astonishing at 10-13 min..this needs to be in movie theater what a 1 in a lifetime catch reed
Reed you are the man. A true legend of the weather world. Continue the legacy sir
True but don't forget his team. They keep each other safe and know what's up. Impressive people all around.
This is wayyyyy better than the new Twisters movie
Not quite as much romance
the movie was still amazing
@@ReedTimmerWx I've seen a photo of you wearing a pacifier 👀
@@ReedTimmerWx and they didn't even kiss in the movie. At least you kiss the tornado IRL.
@@ReedTimmerWx It's just missing a soundtrack, so I put "Freight Train" by Alan Jackson on in a background tab whenever you are chasing. Keep on going and stay safe!
These episodes are so well produced. Great work Brian and Reed/Edgar for getting such amazing footage for him to work with!
Please get on to JRE for 2 hours, the world needs to see this! Incredible Reed. Special moment for you bud.
I would love to! I have lots to talk about
I think his audience would love to hear from you Reed.. I know I would. I’m a new follower but loving your content and information.. contact JRE somehow . Stay safe..
Joe loves people with a passion, and boy oh boy, reed might have everyone beat when it comes to that. If one of these videos cross Joe's desk, that's all it would take
Love Reed's chases. He's the only one I'd go chasing a tornado with and the only vehicle I'd be in is the DOM 3. Keep up the great work Reed..
I'd feel pretty safe in the Dominator 4. 😎
The fact that that thing was able to do EF3 level damage is WILD. It's so dinky as far as tornadoes go...and yet so extremely powerful.
@@MissReneeMichelle what part of that thing was “dinky” ?
What an episode 😮 The 26th - 30th April 2024 outbreak was intense. Just 4 and 3 days before the Westmoreland tornado we'd had the EF4 in Elkhorn, Nebraska and the EF4 in Marietta, Oklahoma too.
The footage that you got right under the twisting funnel of the Westmoreland tornado was incredible.
NSC
Thank you for posting another video, I learn so much about meteorology just from these videos only and I enjoy every single second. Never stop chasing!!
This one is the best yet
Wait until you see the occlusion process in this one!
@@ReedTimmerWx I will make sure to watch the whole video, can't wait!
@@ReedTimmerWx After watching, I can easily say this is the best one, thank you for making this masterpiece Reed!
@@canadianagency i’m not a fan of the voiceover guy. I don’t mind him explaining stuff at the end but during the video. I like when Reed is talking the whole time. That’s just the opinion of one person though lol.
_I cant wait until next spring, I am really looking forward to next tornado season!_
Reed, I’ve become really interested in meteorology because of watching your videos. Never stop chasing
That tornado was crazy!
Finally, it's out. Jaw-dropper indeed: it's only now that I've finally begun to fully appreciate the unique structure of this tornado. Stronger than I thought too. Sometimes I wonder how something seemingly so beautiful can cause so much damage.
Holy! That horizontal funnel above them was crazy. I'd love to witness a nado like that
this is NUTS
No reply’s let me fix that
I loved watching Reed and the dominator as a kid when they had the documentary on going back in the day. I was about 10/11 years old. Happy to have discovered his channel to continue the journey
I will also NEVER forget watching this tornado chase live. That horizontal monster writhing above the chase team was unbelievable. The myriad shapes that tornado took on was insane. Remembering those impacted was gut wrenching.
Nice editing Brian , awesome to see everything put together after seeing it live the first time.
6:09 Reed we love ya. You read those cue cards like a pro.
One of the best storm chasers in HISTORY i cant wait for this episode of irl twisters. If you feel it CHASE IT!
Let’s GO
Very educational. Thanks Reed and Crew! Great Hospitality in Kansas too! Stay safe guys and keep having "fun"? LOL
Reed, Thank you for the birthday present. Tomorrow is my birthday. I can't wait to see this. Thank you for all you do for the weather community.
Happy birthday to you!
This is one I will never forget. I remember thinking, "Wow, Edgar must be laying on the ground bc that is an insane view, that funnel looks tall as crap!" Then I heard Reed say, "I've never seen anything like this!" And then I realized it was just an insanely tall funnel.
Great job team dom! 👏
NSC! 🌪
Reed: *Trying to get the dominator out of the mud* Bryan: *eating cookies*
and the background music made it even funnier
Wow that Westmoreland tornado was amazing! Great episode! The clip of Brian eating while watching you guys get towed out was hilarious 😂 well done Reed and team! Can't wait for the next one!
I'm shocked how good this video is and wow that tornado😮🌪️
0:24 wow that sky looks absolutely incredible. Ominous green
Truly AMAZING AND BRAVE work TEAM!!!!! 👏 What you do is so important and life saving. You put yourselves out there time and time again to gather information that will save future lives. ALL Storm Chasers are invaluable. May you ALWAYS keep your feet on the ground and your eyes to the sky! ALL my Love and Respect to your BRAVE work!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Absolutely Stunning Tornado. Gonna be talking about this one for years.
That westmoreland tornado was super photogenic. I stood on a hill in Manhattan and could see it clearly from over 25 miles away.
That sidewinder funnel was the strangest tornado I had ever seen. There are pictures of tornadoes like that in old post card photos of the late 1800s into the early 1900s.
I have only seen a few like that but have never been right under the tilted funnel!
Such an amazing episode, good job Reed. NEVER STOP CHASING!!!
I have never seen a tornado like that one before. So weird and so tall, with an invisible funnel, and yet so destructive
I’ve never even heard of one like that before!
asking "you want to get in it" after observing the rain-wrapped pds tornado is WILD. I love you guys. Stay safe.
I looking forward to this episode of the Twisters IRL. I'm a little miss for a live briefings 😕I did hear we could get the earliest snowfall in the northern Sierra Nevada Mountains on this Friday night 🏂
I’ll get back on these asap
Wow
Oh my-I think I like this one the best!! It was awesome!! Thank you for sharing-amazing footage ! ❤❤
Legend has it I almost screamed as loud as Reed one time. 🤘😎 Love you bro!
That was intense! After being a storm spotter since I was 16 (more than 30 years ago), the Westmoreland tornado was the first one I've ever seen. I didn't have the pleasure of seeing it up close and personal like that. For me, it was off in the distance, but I did get a very good view of it. This footage is golden! Thank you for sharing your adventures, Reed. Stay safe out there!
Good job on being a Narrator Brian 😊
It's crazy to me that this storm wasn't being watched until Reed called it in! Absolutely wild!
I live in Westmoreland and the sirens were not going off the whole time for me. I have a video if it...its a short so it limited the time of the post.
Keep doing this series. Hone it, make it your craft. Someone will pick it up for national TV if that's your goal and if it isn't, you will soon become a UA-cam mainstay imminently. Love this!
Awesome footage! I sure would've loved it if they'd of shown a glimpse of the velocity return on that rope tornado. They should consider doing that on these productions as I'm guessing most of the viewing audience is familiar with such data.
When you are stuck in a ditch like in the video, the best way to be recovered (in this scenario) you should turn your wheels INTO the ditch - put the truck in reverse - moderate throttle - and have some pull you back wards. Your tires will climb you out of the ditch better than trying to go forwards. Watch any of MattsOffroadEecovery you’ll see the same thing!! Awesome video guys
This is my old backyard. I grew up in N Topeka and recognize the houses at the end of this film.
This is so cool! That supercell looked CRAZY!
The clear blue sunny skies behind it is absolutely insane
Omg I LOVE these new videos! I watched this one as it was happening and remember thinking how you guys saved a lot of lives since it was on the ground with NO warning!!! Wth?! It was also one I rewound multiple times! Soo beautiful and amazing to watch! Also, I learned today that it really is “all about that base” 😂
This is some of the most incredible tornado footage I’ve ever seen. Incredible job guys. 🎉
Inncredible footage Dr Timmer Thank you for getting the word out so people can seek cover
I watch a lot of shows about weather, it has always fascinated me, the power that it has, this was by far the most beautiful tornado. Stunning team dominator, excellent job. I love how y'all help everyone who is in need. Keep safe. God bless you all!!
Hahaha Doctor Reed. And Brian eating popcorn while watching (should have been popcorn 😂)
That's an insane amount of damage
I remember watching them get stuck live. Funniest live I’ve seen😂
Love the Mario artwork for scaling
I LOVE this show. I am so glad to be watching you chase again reed!!!
This series is incredible. Thank you for sharing this with us
Wow 😯 what a beautiful but scary tornado! Awesome video, thanks for sharing ❤
Whoa, for sure if I saw that in the sky and didn’t know what a tornado is I’d think it was a dragon 🐉
It's definitely the most incredible live event I believe that I've witnessed.
So far, I'm on my fourth viewing of Twisters right now, and this is a good little intermission.
Saw it all live, and this adds so much more. Brilliant work by all - including the tow service!
I've watched these episodes twice already, I can't wait for the next episode! I'm a huge fan and I'm super stoked for part 4! Thanks for doing these and putting yourself out there!
This was absolutely amazing, Reed! Thank you so much for finding and sharing the best footage of tornadoes and storms that exist. Much respect and ❤.
Love The Content And Love that you guys keep the Weather service known what coming
Wow. That funnel is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen on a tornado.
I remembering watching this and thinking if it wasn’t live, I’d think it was fake. Unbelievable pictures. Just amazing. The long, powerful rotation. Imagining that hidden inside other tornadoes is terrifying. Brian, your narrating is excellent. This episode is extremely well done. Love it!
I recall watching this on livestream. It was something that got me on edge of seat, because I didn't think that funnel cloud can actually turn into tornado, it looked like it was just going to dissipate. Instead it turned into one of most spectacular tornadoes I've seen on this channel so far. Well, except 2013 season. That was something different.
I absolutely will never forget the extremely rare tornado in Las Vegas Nevada back in 1998. I was in 3rd grade and in a portable classroom when the intercom pinged, and we were told, "we are under a tornado warning anyone outside or in portable classrooms immediately evacuate and make your way to the main building. "I will never forget the emerald green clouds I saw just before I stepped outside and some of the biggest hail I ever seen falling!" As we walked to the main building the hail stopped kinda about half way to the main building and I looked up and saw what looked like an individual cloud I can only explain as a shaky rope going up and down in and out of the clouds above us. That is when the winds picked back up and knocked a couple of classmates over, including myself. Then the wind kinda stopped and shifted direction in a split second, but we we were still getting hit by hail stones. Just as we got to the main building . It finally touched down, maybe 15 miles away from where I was and wasn't even an EF1, but it did cause some minor damage. After that day, I have wanted to see a tornado in person from a close enough to hear it but a safe distance.
W to the people who helped get him out of the mud. And W engineering 😂
I remember catching the Westmoreland storm live. That twisting funnel will stick with me forever! Thanks for taking us along on your adventures, Reed. And Brian, love the use of the Mario graphics to demonstrate why that tornado may have looked that way. Very, very cool!
Yes, doubling up trucks doubles your pulling power. It's how they move heavy loads on roads with multiple push/pull trucks.
The same is done with trains. I’ll see three engines pulling a string of cars over a mile long
@tr00royal It's all about planting torque. All the horsepower in the world means nothing if you cannot put it down.
Reed is my favorite storm chasing yter, keep up the good work bro!
this is why you never stop chasing! Always amazing footage Reed!
Most amazing tornado footage I’ve ever seen… and I’ve seen a lot! Well done! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can't wait for this!
Good luck to Reed and his amazing crew. 😁👍
I was watching this live on my phone, at stoopid o'clock, while in bed in the UK. It was so beautiful I had to get up & go and put it on the tv for a better view! Absolutely amazed me! Excellent work, Team Dominator - Never Stop Chasing 🌪💪
'When you said "horizontal tornado" I thought it was just a metaphor.' 🤣
Holy Dip Mother Frito #3!
Excells what's in theatres. Remember alot of these moments, epic.
Brian just eating as the tempo of music goes intense when they get the dominator out of the mud 😂 gives off popcorn vibes
He does such a great job
Thank you Dr reed timmer for recording a video for my birthday I just saw it today at first I didn't believe it but after a little bit I started believing it again thank you.
Absolutely love these little mini shows
Hi from England, Reed. This time you have really excelled, what a strange, hypnotic tornado. Well done, my friend, this was exceptional, even by your standards!
Such a great episode, production quality is awesome. Can’t believe it’s free on UA-cam
You guys are incredible, the Dominator Team will never end
Absolutely incredible visuals. Thanks for being there to capture it and call it out. Stay safe.
GOOD JOB BRIAN YOU DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THIS. Read tickles me how he gets so excited
