I'm glad you took my recommendation to visit :) Sutton Scarsdale Hall is a special and beautiful place, with so much history. I used enjoy playing in the ruins and adjacent fields with my brother as a kid as we lived nearby.

I love Sutton Scarsdale, I have been numerous times,. It's pretty unique, its a ruin but not ruined to the point you can longer can make out where the rooms were. I cant recall any other place like this. Thanks for the tour! I need to get down there again as its no longer fenced off. PS. Leke is pronounced the same as "leak" 😁

Another great video, mate. I am really enjoying your wandering around these places. You give enough interesting information to make me go off do some of my own research about the places you've visited. I had never heard of this place. I grew up 'down south' and your part of the UK is probably the area I know least about so these are good. Keep up the great production values and stay curious.

@@owenfish5450 Thankyou my friend! I’m glad it has that effect, I purposely don’t include every little detail because I want to encourage people to research and find stuff out themselves. Better than mindlessly doom scrolling TikTok’s!
      Thanks for watching!

    The panels may be
    In the store yard in
Portlaois Ireland, the entire room is re assembled and
On display, the building and old furniture is still available and used in Hollywood to this day.

Hi i live close by to Sutton Scarsdale Hall and visited there many times with my children when they was very young ,i remember once taking a photo 40 yrs ago of my daughter it was a shot taken right through the ruins were she was stood at the side of a fire place .And when the photograph was developed there was a young boy dressed in old victorian clothing .We shown that photo to some people at the time but unfortunately i just can't remember what ever happened to it .
