Facts
Dude, buy "farm rich" brand frozen cheese curds. Literally you can just empty half the bag into an air fryer and then cook them for 6 minutes at 360F, and they're amazing. Easiest delicious cheese curds ever, even for lazy people like me
I'm from WI, and although I've never seen anyone eat them with gravy I think you did a good job. We love our deep fried cheese curds here! Freezing them first helps the batter stick. Add a little pepper into the batter too. My husband likes to dip them in marinara sauce and I like them all on their own.

The bag really does squeakers that is awesome. We live about an hour away from the Tillamook Cheese Factory and get their cheese curds alot of the time.. we always called them squeaky cheese. Here is a lol hint when frying cheese or ice cream put into the freezer so they get super cold before hand to hold the shape a bit better or the melted in the batter does look good.
