Downloading Windows 7 Drivers for the CAMM-1 GS-24

I have lost the CutStudio CD Rom. I purchased a new computer with Windows 11 so I need a copy CutStudio. Can you you help? I downloaded the Roland Onsupport and tried downloading the software like in the video but nothing downloads.

I have purchased a MacBook, because I went through to many windows based laptops and computers. I do have windows 11 on this computer as well. However, the driver is not downloading. Are there any tricks to help get my computer to "see" the Roland?

What do I do if the Onsupport program doesn’t open even after installing it? The menu doesn’t appear when trying to run it.

were you able to download and install onSupport? also the Driver??

open OnSupport and make sure follow this step 3:45 to verify printer (it must be plugged)
