I really fail to see how this video is hurting Jaclyns career? If anything it should make it better because we are seeing another side of her, like her having fun with her friends rather then just makeup, this video shows her amazing personality. Technically for professional purposes she doesn't curse as much as he does and if she does curse it's like once or twice her channel is way more professional than his. He took it from a private (albeit mean) joke to public humiliation.

Totally agree. I feel like people fail to realize as humans we make mistakes, we're not perfect, who do we think we are to judge anyone? Manny is amazing, Jaclyn is amazing. Every time they upload a video I honestly feel blessed, I remember going through so much, being at my lowest, darkest place, and looking forward to any of their videos, because they just make everything feel better. Manny posted a snapchat of the incident and people are upset that a business owner would insult a paying customer that way, but also that Manny posted the video of them/the owner making fun of her. He took it from a private (albeit mean) joke to public humiliation.

Only one of your videos I haven't given a thumbs up... Not because it wasn't entertaining but because of Manny. I understand he is your friend and you support him... But he could have handled the situation a lot better. Before his apology (which was only posted to snapchat) he got on Twitter, and defended what he said. He apologized for posting it but not for gossiping because "everybody does it." Everybody makes mistakes and they shouldn't define us, but the way you handle your mistakes says a lot.
